Baking day.

EmileeandIbakingToday I woke up in the mood to bake, I rarely ever bake. Usually because I don’t always have the ingredients, but today I had all of them and I decided to make them from scratch (not that difficult) I declare today “Banana Muffin’s Day”. Since my two oldest went for a sleepover I decided why not? I have nothing better to do. Here’s the recipe;

Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup butter
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Cups flour
1 Tsp baking soda
3 Bananas
1/4 cup Chocolate chips OR Walnuts (Optional)

Cream butter and sugar together. Add beaten eggs. Mix in the flour and baking soda. Crush the bananas and mix in with walnuts (I use chocolate chips instead). Place in the loaf pan or muffin tins.
Bake at 350-375*f for 30 minutes or until toothpick or knife comes out clean. Cooking time varies, I set my oven at 350 and it took about 18 minutes to bake but my oven is VERY old.Bakingwithemilee
